A TEAM BASED APPROACH FOR PERSOANL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

•  A faculty is assigned with a group of 10 students
• The team under the guidance of the faculty strives continuously for the attainment of the individual and collective goals.
• The faculty act as the local guardian of the student
• The faculty  is the owner of the group for two years

The mentor is responsible for

• Goal setting-individual and collective
• Continuous training
• Discipline
• Motivation & counseling
• Career guidance
• OS , Project & Placements
