A TEAM BASED APPROACH FOR PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

  •  A faculty is assigned to a group of 10 students as their mentor
  • The mentees under the guidance of the faculty strives continuously for the attainment of the individual and collective goals.
  • The mentor act as the local guardian of the student
