A pass in any Bachelor’s Degree Examination of Mahatma Gandhi University or an equivalent degree of any other Universities duly recognized by M.G. University with not less than 55% marks in Science & Technology subjects and 50% marks in other subjects in the aggregate for all parts of examination or a Masters Degree Examination with 55% marks aggregate.

Lakh. only can apply for it. They need to produce an Income and Asset certificate from Tahsildar/Village Office based on the EWS criteria from Government of Kerala.
