BRIJESH GEORGE JOHN has a total of 20 years’ experience in HR, General Management, Marketing, IT, Teaching, Training & Development in India and abroad. Brijesh has extensive experience in both Industry and academic fields.

Dr. Brijesh has conducted lot of Motivational talks, Personality Development and Grooming Programmes for different Institutions and Companies. His flagship training programme “How to get placed” has been attended by 30,000 plus students in 175 Plus colleges. He Conducts regular Teachers Training programmes and a trainer for Dept. of Technical Education, Govt. Of Kerala for Engineering College Faculty Training and AICTE. He is a regular columnist in many publications of Mathrubhumi, Malayala Manorama, Dhanam etc and his training programme “Career Pathway” is being broadcasted by television Channels. His wrote two books (Online Shopping (2016), Campus Placements (2018), both published by Manorama Books. Dr Brijesh is a reputed Youtuber and his short videos on Career and Placements is being broadcasted through YouTube channel and has been watched by millions of viewers and he has around 3 lakh subscribers (www.youtube.com/Brijeshgeorgejohn). He won the Creator’s Award from YouTube in 2019.Dr Brijesh is the winner of the “All Kerala Trainers Contest” conducted by Positive Commune in 2019 – 2020 , which was conducted in 3 stages all over Kerala and participated by 140 Plus trainers. He is also the member (BOS – CS)- Mar Ivanious College – Autonomous , Trivandrum. Dr. Brijesh’s corporate training client includes Malayala Manorama , Mathrubhumi , LIC of India etc . Brijesh has served in key positions of Junior Chamber International (JCI INDIA), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Lions Club. He has also traveled extensively all over India and to Europe, South America, Middle East, Chinese territory and South East Asian Countries. In 2010, he was selected as the Team member of Rotary international Group Study exchange Programme to Brazil, Turkey. Wipro technologies have honored him in 2014 with an award for “Excellence in Placement Coordination – Kerala Region”. Other honors include Lion Club “Education Excellence Award”, JCIs “Outstanding Young Professional” Award, KMM “ Golden Pen” Award etc.
