Finance conference on banking and finance is an annual event organized by MIIM finance faculty. Every year NCBF provides a platform to finance professionals and finance faculty across India to discuss various topics on opportunities, challenges, changes in policies, and regulation on finance and banking. NCBF invites papers for its 7th edition to be held on 4th December 2020 at MIIM Kuttikkanam

“Impact of COVID 19 in the Indian financial system and Indian economy”

Introducing changes and policy innovations are two important activities of any economy when it is transforming from a growing economy to a mature economy. Recent past and last one decade the Indian economy passed through several changes and innovations on its core parts of the financial system. Changes in the areas like regulation on the financial market, innovation in the financial transactions and payments, relaxation and tightening of policies and regulation in the banking and financial area, collaboration with the foreign economy, accounting, and taxations, etc were enabled Indian economy to much stronger when it compared to any other economy in the world. . This conference is an attempt to provide a platform to discuss the changes happened in the Indian economy and its impact on banking and financial parts of the Indian economy. The recent past development and changes brought many opportunities and challenges to the bankers, auditors, investment bankers, financial market participants. This conference aims to bring practitioners policymakers, researchers and academicians from the area of banking, finance, and accounting to discuss how recent policy changes affected and future opportunities.

Call for paper

Paper Category: Empirical, Conceptual, Research-in-Progress and Case studies.

Guidelines for Author:

The manuscript should be typed with 1.5 line spacing on (A4) page with 3cm wide margins. Figures and tables in the manuscripts are to be presented at the end of the manuscripts. Participants wishing to present a paper should first submit an abstract with max 400 words. Follow APA style 6th edition for reference and citations. All abstracts will be reviewed and authors will receive feedback from the organizing committee.

NCBF Best paper award

There will be ” MIIM – NCBF 2020Best Paper” awards given at the conference. The papers will be chosen by a panel of experts from the papers presented at the conference. Cash awards Rs.10000. Outstanding papers will be considered for publication in the following international peer-reviewed and indexed journal – Marian Journal of Professional Management with ISSN number: 2456-9003. A panel of experts will consider the best paper which gives the most significant contribution to the seminar. The decision of the panel will be final and binding. There will also be an award for Outstanding Student Paper. However, for a paper to gain this award one of the authors must have attended the conference and presented the paper.
